Attention all dog lovers! Pets on Wheels is holding their third annual Dog-A-Thon this Saturday Oct. 4th at Oregon Ridge Park from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It's a fund raiser which you can walk to raise money for Pets on Wheels. Fun activities like a doggie costume contest,kissing booth, an agility demo and more. It is also a perfect opportunity to get your pet's nails clipped for just $8 or have them micro chipped for only $30! Chesapeake Terrace Elementary Annual Fall Festival
Saturday, Oct. 4, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Chesapeake Terrace Elementary, 2112 Lodge Farm Rd. in Edgemere. Come and enjoy all the festivities, including a silent auction, sand art, scarecrows, face painting, games with prizes, craft show, bake sale items, mums and a concession stand. Event sponsored by the CTE PTA.
 
 
Fall Festival
Saturday, Oct. 4, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Orems United Methodist Church, 1020 Orems Rd. in Middle River. Rain or shine. White elephant, candles, country store, thrift shop, jewelry, clothing, toys and games, food (including ice cream), furniture, appliances, tools, books, face painting, pie throwing, making scarecrows, moon bounce (weather permitting).
