Advance Realty, known for its low fees and high quality services, was established in 2001 in Timonium Maryland. Rob Munson (CEO) and Mike Nace (COO), decided to develop a new real estate Company that would end the pattern of climbing fees so commonly associated with traditional service providers.

Mary and Paul Robinson joined Advance Realty's Glen Burnie, Maryland office in 2003, and have not looked back.The Advance Realty concept, Our Fee 1.75%, helped grow Paul and Mary's business to great heights.

Mary Robinson was born and raised in Ellicott City,Maryland and has lived in central Maryland her entire life. Paul Robinson was born in Washington DC and grew up in Prince Georges county.

 In 2001, Paul and Mary married and lived in Crofton, Maryland. Wanting to be closer to the water, Paul and Mary moved to Shady Side, Maryland. A very quiet waterfront town in southern Anne Arundel county. Shady Side is a beautiful place, but was just too far from Mary's family in Ellicott City. Paul wanted to be on the water, Mary wanted to be closer to family, so they compromised. Paul and Mary Robinson now reside in East Baltimore county, where Paul can boat and fish in his free time(not that he has much free time) and Mary is just a quick drive from her hometown.

In 2007, Paul and Mary welcomed to this world, their first son together, Oz William Robinson. Oz enjoys, watching his dad catch "FEESH" as he likes to say, chasing the family dog, Gordy, and loves to play with his twin cousins.

Mary is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. Mary is currently working to complete her GRI, the Graduate Realtor institute, a designation which less than 10% of the country's Realtors hold.
