There are some good deals out there to be had! Come out and take a look. This my first ever blog entry so I thought I would address this out in the open. Where are the buyers? This is such a great market to purchase a home. Many sellers are willing to assist with your closing costs, maybe pay a point to help you get a lower interest rate,you just have to ask. Too many buyers seem to be sitting back and waiting,watching...for what? The sky to fall? The prices are really getting more realistic, why not make an offer on something if you like it. The worst that can happen is the sellers say no. Most sellers would rather you at least make an offer and discuss things, rather than not make an offer at all. If you just sit back and watch for too long-someone else will snatch up that good deal. I have seen it happen, don't let your fears get in the way of a great investment deal in Real Estate!
