This is such a great market to purchase a home. Many sellers are willing to assist with your closing costs, maybe pay a point to help you get a lower interest rate,you just have to ask. Too many buyers seem to be sitting back and waiting,watching...for what? The sky to fall? The prices are really getting more realistic, why not make an offer on something if you like it. The worst that can happen is the sellers say no. Most sellers would rather you at least make an offer and discuss things, rather than not make an offer at all. If you just sit back and watch for too long-someone else will snatch up that good deal. I have seen it happen, don't let your fears get in the way of a great investment deal in Real Estate!

Stop by and visit me at the open house today! If you are out and about on such a pretty day stop by 106 Joehill Drive in Havre De Grace. Havre De Grace is a perfect place for a Sunday drive, especially on such a clear sunny day. You jump on 95 North to Rt.155 and head East and you can actually see the water in the distance, it's very cool.
