You it's a nice neighborhood when the neighbors stop by your open house and tell you!

Yesterday, I did an open house at 331 Elinor Avenue in Linover Heights. An established community of single homes and brick duplexes. I had three sets of neighbors stop in and visit. It was really enjoyable to talk to these lovely people and hear how they LOVE their community! We talked about the super convenient location, the easy access to 695 and 95, yet the neighborhood is tucked away off the main drag so there is not a lot of traffic. We talked about how many home owners lived there for years and raised their kids there, then when the kids grew into adults and parents they bought in the neighborhood and raised their own kids there. That really says a lot for a location!

We also discussed the great access to the park! Linover Park is just a short stroll away, but if you'd rather drive, there's plenty of parking!

I also had some potential buyers come through and tour the home so it was a great day all and all!
